The night before we came home from the hospital Jake was acting a bit suspicious - but I assumed it was the excitement of having Emmy and the whole family going home the following day.
Well...needless to say, he was up to something. This picture is what Emmy and I were welcomed home to on Sunday! I was speechless. He had made this arrangement of the gifts our friends and family had given us while at the hospital, went and bought my favorite bottle of wine and margarita mix, and made the signs saying "Welcome Home Mommy!" and "We Love You Emmy!". It was the perfect start to our new life as a family!!!
